Roasted Green Beans



1 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced


Yield 5 servings

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash and drain green beans and snap off stems.
  3. Place in a bowl and toss with oil and garlic. Spread beans on a cookie sheet that has a nonstick finish or is lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Roast in oven, turning occasionally, until beans are brown on the edges and slightly shriveled.
