Dilled Green Bean Salad

1 pound fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons fresh dill
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  1. Steam green beans about 5 minutes, until crisp and tender.
  2. Combine beans, dill and onions.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard and pour over bean mixture. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
