Ingredients:
4 servings
2 cups honeydew, chunks or balls
2 cups cantaloupe, chunks or balls
1 medium lime
2 tablespoons sugar or equal amount sugar substitute
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
1. Combine honeydew, cantaloupe, sugar and mint leaves in a bowl.
2. Squeeze the lime over the top of the mixture.
3. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and stir once more before serving.
